I have experience living outside of Japan, where I married a non-Japanese citizen and moved back to Japan with her.
I was surprisingly frustrated with how far I had to go to prove that our marriage was not fraudulent when we were applying for her residence status.

- Get off at Higashi-Oku 3-chome Station on the Toden Arakawa Line.
- If you get off at the Waseda-bound platform, go straight along the train tracks with your back towards the platform.
- If you get off at the Minowabashi platform, cross the railroad crossing and turn left.
